Enfield Landlords was founded on 01 February 2014. It is the umbrella body that self-regulates over 7,000 private Landlords and Landowners that own 30% of all properties in the London Borough of Enfield with net assets in the region of £12 billion.
Enfield Landlords is divided into a management team and 6 action groups comprising:
a. Media & Public relations.
b. Membership & Grassroots campaigning.
c. Legal.
d. Evictions & Repossessions.
e. Anti-social behaviour & vetting of tenants.
f. Regulatory Affairs/Dealing with Enfield Council.
